Standard Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: December 2024

1. Scope of Services

Dune Insight Ltd. provides advanced data analytics, strategic business intelligence, and market forecasting. We'll perform our duties with the level of skill and care expected in the data intelligence industry.

2. Confidentiality

We're committed to the protection of Proprietary Information. This includes all data sets, trade secrets, and internal reports provided by the client. We won't disclose this information to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by UK law.

3. Payment and Fees

Invoices are issued according to the schedule agreed upon in the Statement of Work. Unless otherwise specified, payments should be made within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges.

4. Limitation of Liability

While our forecasting models utilize high-fidelity historical data and predictive algorithms, they represent estimations. Dune Insight Ltd. shouldn't be held liable for business decisions made based on probabilistic outcomes. We provide the intelligence; the execution remains the client's prerogative.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Any work completed up to the date of termination will be invoiced accordingly. Why wait for friction? We believe in clean exits and clear handovers.
